Our Vision for Cebuano Missions is to plant a church in every community, planted by ordinary people, equipped with practical skills and encouraged to work together. God has directed us to approach missions with this vision. We are excited to become a part of a worldwide missions movement 
whose heart is to plant churches in every community by equipping indigenous people. This approach is both the most effective and most efficient method of church planting.
Foreign missionaries have a 1 in 50 success rate in planting churches that become thriving centers of body life while national workers have a 1 in 3 success rate. That statistic alone is enough to reshape our model for church planting. It’s great effectiveness is rooted in the principles of the early church planting movement. Paul, as he traveled, made disciples, cast the vision and laid the foundation of church life. As these steps were accomplished he left the leadership of the church to the new disciples. His relationship with them became one of a mentor, encourager, and coach. In this way the work was centered in Christ and the movement of the Holy Spirit, not in the personality of a man or his particular strengths.
Our ultimate goal is to see God work in such a way that we could never take credit, only watch and marvel as He builds His church, something that only God can do.
